RIB & BRISKET RUB 

The brisket rub is for those who like a nice sweet rub for their Bar-B-Que . . . I like to use it on brisket, ribs, chicken, pork or anything I bar-b-que . . . Many times I will rub it on a brisket along with my Jerry's All Purpose Seasoning . . . I have won many brisket cook-offs by using the combination of the Brisket Rub and Jerry's All Purpose Seasoning and also adding a little of the Jalapeno Sizzling Salt.

I used to use all kinds of stuff for my rib and brisket rubs. Marinades, other rubs, and even my own concoctions but since the first time I used this, I've used nothing but. It is by far the best dry rub for brisket or ribs I've ever tried. Use this liberally on your meat and toss a smidgen of black pepper and garlic and let the smoke do the rest. I've never won any awards for my cooking but there usually isn't any left at the end of the day. Now if Jerry would make a sauce I'd be in hog heaven.
