Jerry’s best fajita seasoning is really something! It takes fajitas to a whole new level. Fresh taste and low sodium, quite a combination! The mesquite flavor gives the fajitas a taste of the true southwest. Liberally sprinkle the seasoning on the fajitas before cooking.
Everyone has their own way of cooking fajitas, but I cook mine in a plow disc that has been oiled and cleaned over an open fire. Just season the fajitas and throw them on the cooker with onion and bell peppers, stirring and moving them around until they are ready, then serve with warm tortillas.
This seasoning is also great on steaks, roast, wild game, and cabrito. It gives you the wonderful flavor with the hint of mesquite.
